3. Intellectual Property Ownership
All physical and digital deliverables including designs, renderings, documents, software code, 3D models, and prototypes are the exclusive intellectual property of Routine-94, LLC. These works are protected in perpetuity. No license, resale rights, or ownership is transferred or granted unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
4. Use in Law Enforcement, Emergency, or Military Applications
No product or service is certified for tactical, life-saving, or law enforcement use unless expressly stated. Use in such scenarios is at the sole risk and discretion of the user. Clients agree to hold Routine-94, LLC harmless for harm, liability, or injury resulting from such use. Independent validation is encouraged.
5. Use in High-Risk or Regulated Environments
Routine-94, LLC products are not intended for use in environments requiring fail-safe performance, including but not limited to aviation, healthcare, weapons systems, or life support. Clients assume full responsibility and agree to indemnify Routine-94, LLC for such use.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and are not a substitute for professional judgment. Clients are solely responsible for validating all AI-assisted materials. Routine-94, LLC disclaims all liability arising from their use.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Routine-94, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of its products or services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routine-94, LLC, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from usage.
8. Client Responsibility & Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for lawful and compliant use of all deliverables. Routine-94, LLC does not enforce regulatory compliance and assumes no liability for misuse or violations.
